Sports Performance Week
Free sports performance training classes every evening, plus free 30-minute one-on-one Performance Training sessions. For athletes ages 8 and up — all levels welcome.
Training for Every Athlete
Sports Performance Week is built for three age groups. Every athlete trains at the right level.
Young Athletes (8-12)
A great opportunity to get comfortable in a gym setting. Fun, age-appropriate drills that build coordination, confidence, and a love for movement.
Developing Athletes (13-17)
Significantly increase your level of performance and get a taste of what the next level is like. Sport-specific speed work, strength progressions, and power development.
Competitive Athletes (18+)
Gain an edge on your competition. Advanced programming with higher intensity — explosive power, reactive speed, and competition-level conditioning.
What You Get — Completely Free
Speed & Agility Classes
Acceleration, change of direction, footwork, and reactive speed. Drills that directly translate to better game-day performance. 45 minutes, 5:30 PM or 7:00 PM (alternating).
Strength & Power Classes
Functional strength, explosive power, and athletic movement patterns. Age-appropriate programming that builds a foundation for every sport. 45 minutes, 5:30 PM or 7:00 PM (alternating).
Free Performance Training
A free 30-minute one-on-one session with Coach Davis. Personalized assessment and sport-specific training. Available 2:00-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Book on the website.
Evening Class Schedule
Two classes every night, Monday through Friday. Types alternate between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM each day so you can experience both.

Tuesday
5:30 PM — Strength & Power 7:00 PM — Speed & Agility
Wednesday
5:30 PM — Speed & Agility 7:00 PM — Strength & Power
